“I can’t stop thinking negatively”

“I can’t stop thinking negatively” Ever said that? I get it. In fact, I still do sometimes.

And beat myself up for it.

You know, like when someone who I know we can help. With their mobility, quality of life, fitness, relationships… Doesn’t feel like it’s the right time. I sometimes go into this space of “are we not good enough?”

You know the interesting part? Is it makes me reflect:

I look at the positives (all the amazing results like these here https://frucifit.com/who-else-wants-results-like-this/)

And Am grateful that I get here so called “negative” thoughts Because without them? I wouldn’t be so motivated .

So motivated in making Fruci Fit help people. Transform lives. As that’s what I love.

If I didn’t have these “negative” thoughts, I might stand still. Not strive to be better.

And who knows? I might live my life knowing I never did enough to help people who need our help. And it reminded me of Sue’s message in the photo:

She’s hit her goal weight but fears putting it back on And the best part of this? It makes her think about the benefits she loves. Running around after the grandkids…

Getting comments like: “You don’t look like your age” And without these “negative” thoughts about putting the weight back on.. It probably would mean we didn’t really care That it wasn’t important.

So what if these negative thoughts were actually the feedback we needed to hear? To do the things we know we need to do. Matt
