I actually enjoy it

And amazing to hear that Jackie has found an exercise regime that not only works, but she enjoys and looks forward to going to..

Speaking of enjoying exercise, I have definitely noticed a big shift in the last 5 years or so from simply

Wanting to lose weight to now 

Wanting to feel better, have fun, have more energy, improve mental health, and even make friends…

With weight loss being a ‘nice to have’…

I mean, when I first started training and coaching people around 2014, it was all about weight loss and ‘toning up’.

Don’t get me wrong, that is still important. In fact, it can help a lot of issues people have. 

But when you focus on simply FEELING BETTER…

This weight loss and toning up stuff will probably be easier…

Just like, if you actually enjoy exercise..

If you have support, accountability, and friends helping you?

This weight loss and toning up stuff will probably be easier…

And I could go on.

It’s amazing to hear this because this is what the research shows. 

The best diet and exercise programmes have support and accountability as the key variable…
