After all, we know the benefits of protein
From muscle, recovery, repair, ageing, skin, hair, nails…
I could go on..
So here are a few foods to potentially include into your diet
If you’re looking to increase your protein intake without massively increasing calories
👉 Whey protein
👉 White fish, seafood
👉 Chicken / Turkey
👉 Lean beef / pork / Turkey / chicken mince
👉 Tofu
But again…
It’s all personal to you.
If you don’t like any of these foods?
No problem at all.
There are alternatives.
And there’s no such thing as the “perfect” diet.
As the best diet in the world?
Is the one you do.
