I get that you're busy. And it's why I actually have done-for-you meal plans for the ladies who just don't want to think about food. They just want the shopping list for the super quick and easy meals and snacks that will help them and the family be fit and healthy.
Of course, I encourage you to make you own plans as that's where we really see what works for you.
But I get that sometimes life is blooming hectic!
