I wanted to share a few messages I’ve had recently because they say far more than I ever could.

Different people.

Different circumstances.

Same outcome.

They started.

And honestly, that’s the hardest part.

Most women who come to Fruci Fit already know what to do.

They know moving helps.

They know strength matters.

They know food plays a role.

What usually gets in the way isn’t knowledge — it’s life.

Busy days.

Aches and niggles.

Low energy.

Overthinking.

Not sticking to it for long enough. 

That’s why the 28 Day Kickstart exists.

Not to overhaul your life.

Not to chase perfection.

Just to give you a plan, some structure, and accountability so you actually do the things you already know help.

You don’t have to feel ready.

You just have to start — and then stay reasonably consistent.
