Because it’s too easy to focus on what you haven’t done well.

What didn’t work…

So here’s a reminder to focus on what you’ve done well. 

Because, you might think that I get this right.

But. I don’t.

The number of times I’m beating myself up 

About not getting to bed by 945pm as I know I’m better to be around, have more energy, can give more to our members and to everyone I meet…

About skipping my workout as I didn’t put it my diary…

About finishing my kids dinners.

I could go on.

But that’s ok.

Because your brain is wired to focus on the negatives. 

It’s how we’ve survived this long.

So unless you intentionally focus on what worked well.

You’ll always focus on what didn’t.

And don’t give me “nothing worked well”

Because I’m not having that 😉 

Even the worst week has a best bit 😃
