We do one to one and couples, whether your other half or a friend or family member.
Here are the details:
Summer One to one and Couples Transformation:
We have an initial kickstart meeting where we put together a nutrition and training plan (the nutrition plan will be adapted whether you eat together or not)
✅ 2x or 1x Weekly one to two personal training session in the private studio (Marlborough, Chippenham or Devizes)
✅ Weekly updates to training and nutrition plan depending on your goals and results
✅ Home Training plan you can both do together
✅ Weekly check ins to give you that accountability and support
