Our next 7 Day Trial starts Monday 15th June.
It is for women 40+, 50+, 60+, 70+ and beyond who want to get in shape, tone up, feel fitter, stronger and more confident for summer and beyond.
Especially if you pretty much know what you need to do…
But need the plan, support and accountability to actually do it.
Because that’s the bit most people are missing.
Not more information.
Not another app.
Not another “I’ll start Monday” moment.
The support to actually turn up and do it.
And we actually want you to be there

We coach you.

The trial is £10 for the week.
You can try up to 3 sessions.
We have sessions every day, including early mornings, daytime, lunchtimes, evenings, weekends and from home too.
