“It starts with just getting there…”

That’s what Jo said.

“I feel good about myself… I feel good about what I can do… I get little kicks of achievement every time… sometimes just getting up and getting there is the achievement in itself.”

That line says everything.

It’s often the hardest bit.

Not the workout  

Not the food  

Just… getting there.

I’ve also noticed something over the years.

People expect it to take months to feel different.

But actually?

It can happen in just a few sessions.

Going from:

“I’m not sure about this…”

to

“Actually… I think I can do this.”

You don’t suddenly become super fit overnight.

But you do start to feel:

A bit more confident  

A bit more capable  

A bit more like yourself again  

And those little “wins”?

They add up.
