Ever stepped on the scales and thought…
“Where’s that come from?!”
After the Easter weekend… a few meals out… a bit more chocolate… maybe a few extra carbs…
Let me reassure you
That quick jump on the scales?
It’s very unlikely to be body fat…
Here’s what’s actually going on:
For every 1g of carbohydrate you eat…
Your body stores roughly 3–4g of water with it
Add in:
– Eating out (more salt)
– Different foods than usual
– Maybe moving a bit less (or even more. I actually exercise more over holiday weekends)
…and the scales can easily jump up a few lbs.
We saw this with FruciRox as well.
60 women fuelling up with a few more carbs than usual…
And guess what?
Scales up temporarily.
Performance up too
This is where people get caught out.
They do a great week…
Have a weekend like Easter…
Step on the scales once…
And think:
“I’ve undone everything.”
You haven’t.
It’s just data.
And if you only look at it once a week, at the “wrong” time…
It can tell the wrong story.
A better way?
– Don’t weigh right after weekends like this
– Or weigh daily and take an average across the week
That gives you the real picture.
But more importantly…
This is exactly why most people don’t need more information.
They need:
– A plan
– Support
– Someone to help them make sense of it all
Which is why we’re running our:
Try Fruci Fit for 7 Days
– £10
– Up to 3 sessions
– Week commencing 13th & 20th April
No pressure.
Just a chance to:
– Get back on track after Easter
– Build some consistency
– Learn what actually works (without overthinking it)
And get a bit stronger and fitter in the process.
Because it’s not what you do over one weekend…
It’s what you do consistently after it.
If you’ve been thinking:
“I need to get back into something…”
This might suit you .
Or, feel free to share it with someone who you think can benefit from this.
Limited spaces as we keep the groups smaller.

PS. You didn’t “ruin it” over Easter.
You just need to get back to it
