Subject line: Easter eggs = protein?!

“Wait… so 2 Easter eggs have 20g of protein…
And so do 3 regular eggs??”

Sounds like a win for chocolate, right?

…until you read the small print

– 2 Easter egg shells = ~1200 calories
– 3 actual eggs = ~220 calories

This is tongue in cheek.

But it does highlight something important…

– Nutrition can feel confusing.

You think you’re making a “better” choice…
But labels, marketing, and numbers leave you second guessing everything.

Here’s the truth:

It’s not about one food.

It’s about:

  • How it fits into your day
  • How it makes you feel
  • What you actually do consistently

You don’t need to cut chocolate.

You just probably don’t want it as your main protein source

And this is where most people get stuck…

They know this stuff.

But they’re not actually doing anything with it.

Which is exactly why we’re doing something a bit different after Easter

Try Fruci Fit for 7 days

  • £10
  • Up to 3 sessions
  • Week commencing 13th & 20th April

No pressure.
No long-term commitment.

Just a chance to:

– Get moving
– Build some momentum
– Actually put this stuff into action

Because like I always say…

Knowing but not doing…
is the same as not knowing.

And after the buzz from FruciRox recently…

The confidence, the energy, the “I didn’t think I could but I did” moments…

And speaking to lots of people who have tried gyms or other means of exercise but never found something they feel comfortable with and can work at their pace whilst having amazing coaches making sure you are motivated and exercises are adapted for you (even if you have aches and pains) …

I noticed that by offering people to try it for 7 days…

They realised this was different.

Now, of course. It is not for everyone….

If you are already lifting weights with great form, progressing..

Then maybe this won’t be for you…

But if you have been thinking…

“I should probably do something…”

Give it a go for 7 Days or share it with someone who may benefits (if it’s still available):

We do limit spaces due to the smaller groups we have at Fruci Fit.

Matt

PS. Enjoy the Easter eggs… just maybe don’t log them as your protein source
