This motivated me too

“Where will you be in 5 years if nothing changes?”

That’s a question I asked someone a few years ago.

And ask many people at Fruci Fit.

As well as myself.

To highlight the fact that if nothing changes with your behaviour, then nothing changes.

At the time, she said…

“In a wheelchair.”

Fast forward to now…

“My sciatica has finally gone…

I wouldn’t have got this far without Fruci…

I remember you asking me where I’d be in 5 years… and I said a wheelchair… and you know I would have been.”

That’s powerful.

Because it wasn’t about doing anything extreme.

It wasn’t about being perfect.

It was about starting.

And then… keeping going.

I think a lot of people are somewhere in between.

Not where they want to be…

But not quite doing anything about it yet either.

You know you should…

But life gets busy.

You’re tired.

A bit achy.

You tell yourself you’ll start when things calm down.

And… that gets tiring, doesn’t it?

So this is just your reminder:

You don’t need to have it all figured out.

You don’t need to be where you were 5, 10, 15 years ago.

You just need to start where you are…

…and give your body a bit more love.

Or…

Ask yourself that question:

If nothing changes… where might you be 5 years from now?

The good news?

You don’t have to go it alone.

That’s exactly why we created the 28 Day Kickstart.

To give you a simple place to start.

With support.

With structure.

With people around you doing the same.

At your pace.

If you’ve been thinking about it…
