Pilates starting in April (and where most people should actually start…)

As well as our 28 Day Kickstart, we’ve got our Pilates programmes starting in April at Fruci Fit

Option 1: Gentle Mat Pilates

Starts: Tuesday 14th April
1:00–1:45pm
6 weeks
£80 (or £15 drop-in if you can’t make them all)

Perfect if you’re new to Pilates…
or just want to move your body in a gentle but effective way.

We’ll focus on:
– Flexibility
– Core strength
– Posture & balance
– Easing stiffness & improving movement

You’ll get options to suit you (your pace is the right pace)

And you’ll leave each session feeling:
A bit looser
A bit stronger
A bit more confident

Option 2: Intermediate / Advanced Pilates

Starts: Friday 17th April
1:00–1:45pm
6 weeks
£80 (or £15 drop-in option)

If you’ve done Pilates before and want more of a challenge… this is for you.

These sessions will help you:
– Build full-body strength
– Improve flexibility & control
– Progress week by week
– Use equipment to take things up a level (all provided)
