It only works if you do (and you don’t do it alone)

I wanted to share a message that came in recently because it captures something really important about why the 28 Day Kickstart works.

Yes — the plan matters.  

Yes — the sessions matter.

But here’s the truth:

It only works if you actually do it.

And one of the biggest reasons people do keep showing up isn’t willpower or motivation…

It’s the people.

It’s you! 

The community. 

Turning up and recognising faces.

Having a chat before and after sessions.

Laughing while doing something that’s a bit challenging.

Knowing others are in the same boat.

That mix of:

• support  

• accountability  

• encouragement  

• friendship  

• and fun  

makes it far easier to keep showing up — especially on the days you’d normally talk yourself out of it.

Most people who join already know what to do.

What they don’t always have is a place where:

• they feel comfortable  

• they feel supported  

• and they actually enjoy coming back  

That’s what we see time and time again with the Kickstart.

People don’t just get fitter — they feel better, more confident, and more connected.
