I had a question come in recently (on many occasions) about apple cider vinegar and green tea and whether they help with weight loss.

And the answer is:

– maybe, yes.

Vinegar can help some people feel fuller. Studies show that having some vinegar can reduce blood sugar spikes. Having vinegar on a salad before a meal can help you eat less.

Green tea (and coffee) can reduce hunger mainly because of the caffeine.

If having a tea or using vinegar on a salad helps you slow down, snack less, or feel more satisfied… that’s great.

But here’s the important bit.

None of these things are THE thing.

They only work if they help you actually do the basics consistently.

That’s what I see all the time.

People know a lot.

They’ve read the articles.

They’ve watched the videos.

They’ve got the supplements at home.

But knowing isn’t the issue.

– Doing is.

And that’s exactly where most people get stuck.

Especially in Janaury. We try to add in so many things. “I need to do more”.

What if less was the answer? At least to start with.

At Fruci Fit, we don’t obsess over hacks.

We focus on what actually moves the needle:

• eating your protein

• moving regularly – have you shown up to your sessions?

And, of course, doing something for you that creates and protects your energy.

Because something simple like:

– a short walk after dinner

– or just turning up to a session you nearly cancelled

will usually have a far bigger impact than any drink, powder or “fat loss trick”.

That’s what the 28 Day Kickstart is designed to help with.

Not perfection.

Not extremes.

Just turning the things you already know into actions you actually repeat with a plan and accountability.

Sure, you’ll still need some willpower and discipline (like any change) but it sure helps.

If you’re 40+, 50+, 60+, 70+ and beyond and thinking:

“I know what to do… I just need help doing it consistently”

Message me with  KICKSTART and I’ll send you the details.
