What happens when you show up…

I wanted to share a few messages that have come through recently, because they pretty much sum up what actually works.

Things like:

• “Back to my pre-Christmas weight.”

• “Clothes fitting better… maybe too loose now.”

• “Bested my benchmarks.”

• “Deadlift PB.”

• “Feeling fitter, more energy, easier getting in and out of the car.”

• “Chipping away at the Christmas weight gain.”

None of that came from doing anything extreme.

None of it came from being perfect.

It came from people showing up.

That’s it.

Turning up to sessions.

Doing what they could on the day.

Sometimes doing more, sometimes doing less.

But not disappearing when things weren’t perfect.

This is why I say it so often:

It only works if you actually do it.
