What do you want your fitness to let you do?

I got this message just before Christmas 

And at a time now where everyone is talking about what the “thing” to do is to get fit and or lose weight …

A result like this really comes down to consistency. 

And to do do this, one thing I recommend you doing is making fitness all about your “why”:

  • Playing on the floor with the grandkids — and getting back up again
  • Walking further without worrying about hills
  • Feeling confident booking the trip instead of avoiding it
  • Wearing the clothes you want to wear

Confidence in your body again (which I get as I prehab my knee) .

I could go on.
