When one ends and we look to set the next goal, it’s always good to reflect on the prior year.
It’s so easy to get carried away focussing on the next step. But by doing this you miss the amazing view you see half way up the mountain.
What worked?
What didn’t work?
What would you have done differently?
These are the exact same questions we would ask on your health and fitness journey.
And questions that forced me to reflect and put a plan together to improve my own motivation for my fitness (mainly prehab)..
But anyway, here are just some highlights from the last year at Fruci Fit:
- 37545 Fruci Fit sessions were completed, be it online or in person (best get those 100 club T Shirts), an increase from 35781 in 2024 and 27714 in 2023.
- As coaches, we put on 14222 sessions, be it online or in person, including events (talk about flexibility) up from 13511 in 2024 (even with one less working ACL than in 2024)
- 5 star Google reviews went from 208 to 237 in 2025 and we still only have ONE 1 star Google review, with the 1 star reviewer NEVER even joining Fruci Fit in the first place and not liking that we personally wanted to speak to them before allowing them to start (what we do isn’t for everyone…)
- Fruci Fit members and coaches did an amazing food bank collection this Christmas, beating last year by at least 0.5kg (ring the bell for that personal best)
- We did another 2 FruciRox events, a Christmas Shenai, and saw a record number do The Longevity Games, as well seeing clients continue to do and aspire to do a Hyrox (whether you think you can or can’t, you’re right, as they say)
- The Fruci Fit team can confidently prepare and cook a Michelin star rated 3 course meal (thanks to Vaughan’s Cookery School).
- 6767 gallons of coffee ☕️ were consumed by Fruci Fit coaches (an increase of 869 gallons year on year) – projected to increase in 2026
- Did a brand new video and podcast every day – yes 365 for free!

what a year, and I could go on…
But I’d be forgetting that with all positives there are also challenges …
X – There were some people who I knew Fruci Fit would be life changing for but they were too nervous to start and it pains me to not currently be able to help everyone (but I know that’s also unrealistic yet something to work towards)
X – We had a flood in one of our studios… presenting lots of problems but also a great opportunity for our awesome Fruci Fit coaches to show how to adapt and focus on what you can do with limited equipment
And again- I could go on.
