This changed everything (plan B)

I was chatting to someone who did our Kickstart last week — she said that just getting her session in first thing in the morning changed everything.

P.S. do you have your plan B? A Sunday is usually day I can stick to plan A, but it was only last week we had the youngest child off nursery which meant a quick 10 minute workout 3 times across the day was my plan B. Worked really well. Not perfect. I still felt like I hadn’t done as much as normal. But better than nothing.
