It’s not perfect (but I still did this)

So over the weekend, I did a few home workouts.

Were they the most optimal?

Maybe not.

I could go into the studio, lift heavier weights, use the TRX, the bars, all of it…

But here’s the truth:

sometimes — with kids, work, life — you just can’t get in.

It’s more optimal than doing nothing.

And that’s exactly what a few in our 5-Day Kickstart said last week:

“I’ve got access to every machine in the world at the gym…

but I’ve done more in these 5 days from home — with 10 to 30 minutes a day — than I have in the last few months.”

It’s a good reminder:

You can have the fanciest gym, the best sauna, the poshest grass fed protein and collagen shake…

but if it’s not consistent — is it really working for you?

That’s what we help you with in the 28-Day Kickstart.

  • We help you figure out what’s working (and why) …
  • What’s not working (and what to do about it)
  • How to make it fit your schedule — whether that’s at home, in-studio, or a mix of both
  • How to feel stronger, fitter, and more confident — without hours in the gym

Once you know why something works for you, you can make better informed decisions for life— not just 28 days.

And the best part?

Our last 28-Day Kickstart of the year is starting soon.

If you’d like more info just comment back with KICKSTART and I’ll send the details.

Finish the year strong OR

Worry about it in January..

Matt

PS. Sometimes I just have to fit in a workout between school runs, coffee refills, and eating mackerel… but I always feel better after (even when I don’t want to do it…which is actually more often that you might think)
