On the 3rd November, I’ll be doing a free 5-day kickstart to help you increase your energy, regain control of your food and kickstart your fitness (even if you’re struggling with symptoms of peri, post-menopause, lacking time, and lacking structure).
So why now?
Well, Christmas is on the way..
And every year, I hear people say “I will leave it until January”
“I will worry about it in the New Year”
And I want you to think differently about this health and fitness stuff.
Rather than ‘worrying’ about it..
I want it to simply be part of your lifestyle.
That is the only way you get away from that all or nothing, F it mindset..
Where you just keep starting and stopping..
And waiting for the perfect moment..

Even when I worked in the NHS in diabetes and also did my own postgraduate research at Oxford Brookes University in pre diabetes, we saw a clear link with support and accountability coupled with doing what the research shows
(the simple stuff you probably know you need to do but don’t do…)
So what happens over the 5 days?
Day 1:
Focus more on where you are today. What does your life look like right now? I’ll teach you a great strategy to find that out and audit yourself so you know which strategies will work best for you & use this to help you increase your confidence, whilst embracing changes during and post menopause.
Day 2 – 4:
No matter your fitness level or prior exercise experience, we’ll guide you through gentle yet effective exercises specifically chosen to help with symptoms associated with menopause, such as muscle loss and bone density (all without equipment and can be done in 10 minutes). Say goodbye to muscle loss, increase bone density, and improve your overall strength, tone and mobility.
Day 5:
How to stay motivated & get through the honeymoon period of diet & exercise (get this right and you never need to start again…). We’ll help you create a personalised plan to continue your journey beyond the 5 days with your Food, Fitness and Focus plan. You’ll leave equipped with the knowledge, tools, and resources to thrive during and after …
