Don’t eat this yoghurt…

I had two conversations yesterday that really hit home…

One person said:

“It’s really difficult to say that this food is bad or that one’s better — because everyone’s on their own journey.”

And she’s absolutely right

Because when it comes to nutrition — it’s not about “good” or “bad” foods…

It’s about context and readiness to change.

For one person, a “better” choice might behaving the Skyr, Total Greek Yoghurt but if they don’t like it / end up putting loads of Granola on top, honey on top, choc chips on top etc…

Perhaps the Protein chocolate yoghurt with a bit of sweetener in is a better option as it means they can also take it on the go and it stops them grabbing a chocolate bar on the go from the petrol station…

And for someone else? It’s having the chocolate bar… but stopping at one instead of four

All progress.

Not perfection.

The question that helps?

“What’s the alternative?”

Because sometimes your best choice is simply one step better than before —

and that’s enough to keep moving forward.

And this is exactly what we do inside the 28-Day Kickstart.

No “good” or “bad” foods.

No “you must do this.”

Just support, structure, and small steps that fit your lifestyle —

so you can finally make progress that lasts.

If you’re ready to start, message me back with “Kickstart” and I’ll send over the details for Marlborough, Chippenham, or Devizes
