What are the best supplements? 

I often get asked about ‘what the best supplements are?” OR “Should I take these supplements?”.

(probably been the most common question asked over the past 17 years personal training, working in the NHS and Public Health)…

My answer is nearly always the same…

It depends. 

What does your current diet look like (as is the case for iron and omega 3 for example)?

What are you looking to gain from taking these supplements?

^^ I want you to ask these 2 questions before buying ANY supplement.
