Still hungry even when you’re “doing everything right”?

One of the questions I get asked a lot is:

“What can I do to stop feeling hungry all the time?”

And to be honest — I could give you a long list of things.

But here’s one simple tip that could help today:

Check out the Satiety Index.

It ranks foods based on how filling they are per calorie.

At the top of the list?

Foods like:

-Boiled / baked potatoes

-Eggs

-Lean meats

-Fish (including mackerel)

-Oats

-Fruit & veg

Basically, the stuff that actually keeps you full…

Now I know this isn’t groundbreaking science..

You probably know that already..

But when you’re trying to make changes – especially at 40, 50, 60 and beyond – it’s often the basics that need a little fine-tuning.

^^ along with a kick up the bum (a polite one) and some accountability to do the things you know you need to do CONSISTENTLY

You probably know what to do already..

But putting it together in a plan that works for your lifestyle (without cutting everything out) and sticking to it?

That’s the hard part.

And that’s exactly what we help with on the 28 Day Kickstart.

  • Real food.
  • Real life.
  • Real accountability to do the things you know you need to do…

Ready to stop starting over?

Message me with ‘Kickstart’ and I will get you the details.

If you want me to send you the Satiety Index table that lists the foods. Just message or comment with ‘satiety’ and I will send it over.
