Ever had one of those moments where you think:
“I’m not sure I can do this…”
…but then you do?
“I’ll wait until I have fully recovered”
“I’ll wait until I can give my all”
Got this message this week from after a session

That last bit really hit me
“Beyond where I think I can go.”
Because let’s face it — we all have that voice in our head sometimes:
– “I’ve lost my fitness.”
– “I won’t be able to keep up.”
– “What if I can’t do it?”
And my favourite:
– “There’s no point if I can’t do it all”
But the reality?
Most people don’t struggle because they can’t do it all.
They struggle because they’re doing it alone — with zero support, no plan, and unrealistic expectations.
And worried they will have to adapt exercises.
I’m here to tell you that adapting is what it is all about.
