Who I voted for & why…

Today, I wanted to share who I voted for and why..

Because I hope this inspires you to take action in some way..

As your vote counts and change can only happen if you VOTE!

So who did I vote for?

Not the snooze button.

Not the “I’ll do it tomorrow” voice.

I voted for getting it done.

Yep, so over the weekend, my alarm goes off, and I’m ready to get up but kind of put off as I don’t know if I can be bothered to go out for that run I said I would do…

But sometimes, I have to negotiate with myself and do things I don’t want to do ..

Knowing I will feel better after. 

After all, doing hard things will nearly always give you the greatest feeling once you are done..

^^ read that again..

That’s why I voted to do it!

For that little win before the chaos of the day kicks in (yes, kids—I’m looking at you I love it really and I do sometimes exercise with them but there is something about having that time to yourself).

So there you have it, that’s why I voted for doing my exercise, that sense of achievement, to increase the stress bucket so I can handle what the day brings. I voted for that headspace..

Here’s the thing…

Every time you move your body, prep a meal, or just decide to show up—you’re casting a vote for the future you.

The one with more energy.

More confidence.

And a wardrobe full of clothes that actually fit and feel good.
