It’s been 2 weeks since Easter…
Still got some Easter chocolate hanging around the house?
You’re not alone.
And I get it…
I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve found myself finishing the kids’ leftovers…
It’s just there, staring at you.
But here’s the thing…
A lot of people say:
“I’ll just wait until the chocolate’s gone, then I’ll start.”
But actually—this is the perfect time to start.
Because life’s always going to have chocolate, birthdays, busy weeks, and leftover fish fingers, jacket potatoes, yoghurt (just me?)…
So why not build habits that actually fit around all that?
Instead of waiting for the “perfect” moment—which rarely comes—
you can say:
“I’m going to start now—with the chocolate still in the house.”
That way, you learn how to enjoy it without feeling like you’ve “blown it. And hit the “f it” button.
One way to do this is to plan in 300 calories of snacks of any foods you like: “today my snacks will be [insert here]”.
^^ don’t just read this, actually plan them in, whether it has chocolate in, leftover or not…
And if you want help doing that?
Our next 28-Day Kickstart might suit, specifically for women 40+, 50+, 60+, 70+ who pretty much know what to do but want the support and accountability to do it…
We aim to give so many opportunities to show up, it’s hard not to…
Just message me with “Kickstart” and I’ll send you the details.
1% better everyday, that’s it..
