How to feel rubbish (a step by step guide)

I was chatting to someone thinking about joining Fruci Fit the other day…

They mentioned that they ‘feel rubbish’ and just ‘stop and give up’

When they feel they: 

‘Feel I can’t do it’

‘I feel behind’

‘I feel I’m  not making the most of it’

The thing you have to ask is this:

  1. Rather than focussing on what you can’t do, focus on what you CAN do
  2. If you feel that you are ‘behind’, what does being ‘in front’ look like? Do you even know?
  3. If you feel you are not making the most of it, what does making the most of it look like? Do you even know..
  4. Focus on progress not perfection…

And remember, the only difference between those who you think are ahead of you or doing things you wish you could do…

  1. Just started before you
  2. Have practiced more times than you 

That’s it

And as hard as it is?

Remember that the alternative is hard too..

Letting these thoughts (that might not be true)

Hold you back and stop you doing anything.

Leaving you in the same place as you are now

If not worse off…
