A question I was asked the other day referring to one of the awesome women at Fruci Fit:
My response?
Here’s how you get the best results:
→ You NEVER have a bad day. OK, I lied. You have days where many things go wrong. But it does not make it a bad day. It is ON the way. You adapt. You focus on what YOU CAN DO…not what you wish you can do
→ You change your language – rather than ‘it’s just one thing after another / why me” you change this to ‘ what COULD I do to make me closer to the things I say I want?”
→ Will I use this situation to grow and develop or beat myself up? → “What have I done to deserve this?” try “what can I learn?”. This is about your response to a situation and stopping you from messing up and going to your ‘default’ response. So instead of messing up and beating yourself up, you mess up, but respond and learn. You will then mess up less often. Which is progress. 1% better each day…
I could go on.
and I will go on in my free seminar on Wednesday 26th March at 745pm which you can watch on replay if you can’t make it live:
How to NOT just get in shape for Summer…but stay in shape and keep progressing long after Summer
