These wins coming out of Fruci Fit this past week all have 1 thing in common:




They took action..
→ To get stronger and lift heavier weights over time
→ To get the walk in after having covid to build the fitness and energy back up
→ Full body sessions in and habits on track to help sleep
→ Having the belief and strength to hike up Snowdon 🙂
I could go on.
Amazing achievements.
But all happen through taking action
Even when you’re tired
Even when you don’t want to
Even when it is hard.
That’s the secret.
But the key part within this?
Especially if you read this thinking ‘I could never do that’.
Is that you LOWER your expectations.
And take IMPERFECT ACTION.
After all,
It’s going to be hard anyway.
So you may as choose the ‘hard’ that gets you the results you want
And closer to where you want to be, how you want to look and how you want to feel.
