Now, before I share this..
If the scales are not moving but you are
Feeling more energised
Stronger
Changing body shape
Fitting clothes better and losing inches
Then keep doing what you are doing…
Unless there is a specific reason you want the scales to move
Now, if you want the scales to move?
I want you to consider that it is probably hard now anyway..
So you may as well make it a little bit harder but see results (as this will make it easier).
