Question for you:
“If you were in the “right headspace” what would a “good” day look like for you?”
^^^ read that again
And I share this because quite often, we aren’t as far away as we think
From a “good” day…
Do we use not being in the right headspace as another way of saying “I’m all or nothing”?
^^ which gives us permission to stop? Give up the things we ARE doing that are actually working…
Sure you might have family, friends and work demanding your time.
I get that.
You value them. And so you should.
So when people ask me:
Will I get results?
The question really becomes about being ok focussing on what you CAN do.
More on this tomorrow.
But for now?
Ask this question:
“If you were in the “right headspace” what would a “good” day look like for you?”
And compare this to where you are now.
Where’s the gap?
What are the obstacles?
Matt
