I only say this as from working with 1000s people over the last 16 years, be it in the NHS and Public Health working with families and people with Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes

Obstacle and challenges are ON the way. 

They always present themselves to you. 

But actually they are key to your progress . 

It’s finding solutions to the obstacles which leads you closer to the outcome. 

After all
