💪Linda shares how she wanted to get up and down from the floor so she can play with the grandchildren and how she has done it, losing over 2 stone in the process.
💤 Before joining, Linda felt tired, falling to sleep, and talks about her medical conditions including fibromyalgia.
😀Now? Everyday tasks are easier, from kneeling, to sitting on the grass in the Summer and even saving herself from falling with the strength and confidence she has built
💪 Linda now trains 3-4 times a week, be it muscle strength, Full Body, Pilates, Yoga, Tai Chi or Low Intensity. The key part?
Listening to her body and working at her pace.
