Don’t take it if you don’t need it?

I mean, I have never used one in my life..

Yet I feel the need to take it haha

Along with the tea and coffee .

Ok, I actually did not take it this time.

Only because it makes me laugh when I come back and see it in my toiletries bag.

And that is…

The shower cap in hotel rooms.

I have never used one

Yet along with the nice little shampoo that actually comes in handy…

It often find itself in my bag…

Yet I NEVER use it…

Why am I sharing this?

Well,

It’s the same when it comes to health and fitness..

Most people know what to do but never do it…(which is the secret to getting results)

We invest in fancy equipment but never use it…

We make it super inconvenient to do it so we never do it (knowing we have a busy life so set ourselves up to fail)

We think we need the magic tricks, the detox smoothies, the metabolism booster, fat burner…

Yet we don’t…

I’ll be honest..

Less is more.

And not many people in the health and fitness industry will tell you this.

Why?

Because it is BORING..

But you know?

Boring gets results.

And results are far from boring…

So, like I did with the shower cap when away at the weekend..

Leave the stuff you do not need…

And focus on the things you know you need to do..

EVEN IF YOU THINK YOU HAVE TO DO MORE..

–. That one minute workout..

–. That short walk

→ Doing 5000 steps when you would have normally settled for 3000 as you had a busy day..

→ Doing a few squats on push ups on the wall

→ Doing one session a week rather than none (that’s 52 extra sessions a year..not bad, right?)

And I could go on..

Action = results
