How to enjoy lingering chocolate and leftovers even more 😋 

Struggling to resist that chocolate urge ?

Give this a go:

  1. When you feel the urge, set a timer to 10 minutes 
  2. Make yourself busy for these 10 minutes. Do a task you’ve been putting off, do some house jobs that need doing (don’t tell Mrs Fruci I said this 😂 she’ll be keeping me accountable)
  3. Then after the 10 minute timer goes off, give yourself unconditional permission to have some. But, you portion it in a bowl, and eat it sat down so you actually enjoy it 
  4. If after you eat it you think “but I want more” set the timer again 

And repeat…

And remember you don’t have to be perfect.

In fact, the reason most are not where they want to be in April despite saying they would be there in January…

Is because they let a few “off” days in a February detail them 

And go into the F it mindset..

And lose that routine. 

As you know

It’s persistence and consistency that gets you results

Not having a great workout every once in a while 

Not having quinoa every now and then 

Or doing a fancy workout promising the earth ..

It’s actually simple.

But not easy.
