The key thing?
Taking action.
Acting based on how you want to feel rather than how you currently feel.
A little bit more often…
After all, action creates motivation.
So even if you make one decision today that is based on how you want to feel rather than how you currently feel
Take pride in that.
It’s how it all starts.
After, we go through life making day to day decisions
Letting our subconscious and habits take over
Which is great when it’s working..
But not so great when we thinking what might happen
5 years
7years
10 years from now.
And I was reminded of this last week when my daughter turned 7.
Quite hard to believe 🫣
How fast that time goes.
Do we want to look back with regrets?
Where will our health be in 5 years from now if nothing changes?
