Struggling for motivation to exercise?
Listen to yourself more.
If you say “I should exercise because I feel so much better after”
listen to that harder.
Listen to that more.
Listen to what you said again and again.
After all, most of the habits we do / want to change, we do to change the way we feel. To feel better. Whether that’s drinking, exercise, smoking, comfort eating, you name it.
And -again- if you say you have no motivation to do it?
Consider this
We brush our teeth every day
Yet I am pretty sure we are not that motivation to do it
We shower
Yet I am pretty sure you are not that motivated …
Some things we just should do…
Regardless of motivation..
