Start Monday 

I know I don’t normally say “Start Monday”

But our 21 Day Pre Christmas Kickstart begins on Monday 

Perfect to kickstart your results and keep you accountable between now and Christmas 

Even with festivities 

And sure 

It might not seem normal to start now 

But remember 

“it is not normal to get up and exercise before work”

“it is not normal to bring in fruit as a snack”

“it is not normal to say no to a drink”

“It is not normal to count your calories”

“It’s also not normal to allow yourself to eat carbs and cake even when you’re trying to be healthy”

When making any change towards a more healthier lifestyle, you are doing something that is NOT normal 

There is this peer pressure to fit into the norm. And as hard as it can be, when you deviate from this, you may get this peer pressure or objections from others. 

But consider this, the average person in the UK is:

—> Not as fit as they would like to be —> Stressed out

—> Tired

—> Unfulfilled

—> Overweight

So if you want different results? 

You may have to think differently
