The thought of doing exercise
Writing that next blog…
Preparing for that next talk, Q and A and seminar
^^ as much as I love it..
Sometimes it is hard..
Whether that is because I’m just a bit tired
Or
Because I don’t want to start and ‘do it wrong’
^^ or so I tell myself…
I’d be lying if I didn’t say that sometimes
I CANNOT BE BOTHERED
Why am I sharing this with you?
Because it is NORMAL…
And rather than be CRITICAL
I want you to be CURIOUS..
Why can I not be bothered today?
Can I do it anyway?
Even if I cannot be bothered?
Who else is impacted if I don’t do this?
Will I feel more or less bothered if I just do it?
And just answering some simple questions sometimes
Can be the difference between you (and me) waiting for motivation to come and find us
And you and me FINDING motivation…
Just like Lynne said (see picture)
After all…
It is going to be hard anyway
So we may as well choose the ‘HARD’ that gets us the results we want…
