5 Yoghurt topping ideas 

Yoghurt is high in protein, calcium, iodine (good for thyroid health), as well as probiotics (the good guys for your gut)…

There are so many varieties. I prefer a good Greek Yoghurt, either 5% or 0% (I go for 0% if I am eating lots of fats in my diet that day or if I want to increase my protein intake). 

So I thought I would share a few toppings to help you get these nutrients in without getting bored or overdoing it with the calories
