Got this update last week

Amazing work.
And I love these changes.
Why?
It’s not JUST about weight loss for us at Fruci Fit.
Sure, the 10 lbs down is AMAZING…
But,
→ Not missing a class = CONSISTENCY
→ feel much stronger = bone density, more muscle, more tone, easier every day tasks 🙂
→ Squat are deeper and lunges getting closer to the ground → Flexibility
→ Confidence to pick up a heavier weight and feel like I can push myself → PROGRESS
→ Improvement in breathing
And my favourite
Haven’t felt like not wanting to go..
