1 Questions to calm cravings…

You know that moment when you’re a few chocolates in…

…and suddenly realise:

“Why am I even eating these?”

“How many have I just eaten …?”

It’s like autopilot kicked in.

Here’s the thing:

We often crave relief, comfort, or something to do… not actually the food itself.

And once we start, we rarely pause to check in with ourselves.

That’s why I love asking this question:

“Was the second bite as good as the first?”

Sometimes it is.

But often? That first bite gave us the pleasure we were looking for…

…and the rest is just a habit.

So a challenge for you:

Pause before bite number two.

Cravings don’t make you “bad.”

They make you human…

But the more you understand them, the more power you have to respond (not just react).

And that’s where food freedom begins..

After all, what are you actually craving?

Sometimes it’s not a snack…

Not more protein..

Not more carbs..

It’s rest.

A break.

A chat….A walk…an early night…a workout..

Or even just a hug (from someone… or your dog)

When you think like this..

You quickly realise you’re doing better than you think.

Which might just give you the courage to keep going.
