22 kg down since last January (2019)..
But it’s not always been easy.
That’s just over a KG a month…
Which is like just over 2lbs a month…on average.
There’s been faster times and slower times…
The key part of this?
Don’t stress about weekly results..
Or losing the benchmark “1lb a week”.
It’s the trend that counts..
Just keep going.
And do the right thing more often than not
Focus on the process.
Here’s what Rita said last month:
“Although I don’t plan meals as such I have several things in the house that I can mix and match and provide myself with varied healthy meals.
Made sure they all had plenty of protein to avoid snacking.
Worked well for me.
Had slight urges to binge but could hear Matt in my head saying ‘Are you going to feel better after doing it’
We all know the answer. Instead drank lots of water and had an apple or two.
NO BINGES for 3 weeks!”
Unfortunately, most ladies come to me with the ‘experience’ of exercise is something that is boring
or intimidating.Classes can be monotonous and no one really knows if you’re there (online or ‘inperson’)To summarise then.What I believe to be the key ingredients to success to any transformation:😁 Commit to 3 exercise sessions per week (these can be as short as 5 minutes…1>0 an your pace is the right pace)😁 Commit to making positive changes to nutrition without giving up the things you love.😁 Do something that is FUN (you’re more likely to stick to it)😁 Do something where you feel comfortable with like minded individuals 😁 Don’t try and figure this stuff out yourself – choose something where you are supported / encouraged and can get questions answered.😁 Set a goal but focus more on the daily habits that will help you achieve that goal (this is what we do with the areas of Food, Fitness and Focus)You DO NOT have to be special.Anyone can do it – if they want to.Rita definitely wanted to.Her story is inspirational.Which is why I am sharing it on here.
And you know what, this is just about being happier.

Saying ‘yes’ to the things you want to do
And no number on the scales can do that for you!
