So I got this message from Caroline..

One of the awesome ladies who’s just gone through her 4-Week Kickstart Programme

“A friend had been enthusiastic about Matt’s training and it has surpassed my expectations. 

I was stuck in a rut with exercise, needed to lose a few pounds, so thought I would try it. 

The training sessions are brilliant! Short, sharp, sweaty but effective and huge fun! 

We all have a smile on ours faces every time. 

They are different every time which keeps your interest up. The personal attention and being ‘on your case’ means you can’t slacken and you genuinely want to do your best with all the help you get, including the tools, nutrition advice, and psychology necessary. 

I have started to lose the weight (first time in years) but the training and exercise are giving me results I never expected 👍


And what’s more..

Is that Caroline ‘got below 10st 4 for the first time in 8 years’…


But Caroline also said that it is not just about the weight:

I thought I was done as far as fitness etc. I used to get out of the car 

Or up from the chair as stiff as anything but your promises have come true.

I have more energy, more happiness and feel I can carry on  “

Thing is,

these kind of results are available to ANYONE

With some consistency, some patience, some perseverance and some guidance and accountability…

the problem?

a lot of us think it’s ‘different for me’

(I used to think this too with my fear of public speaking)

my metabolism is different?

No Time?

Not fit enough?

Joint issues so not sure can do it all?

It’s not the right time?

the only thing that’s REALLY different is this—->

One person believes that the above stops them being able to do it

and the other doesn’t and focusses on what they CAN DO instead.

Just like Caroline is doing…

that’s it..

(and something I found out with my public speaking…If you’d have told me 5 years ago I would be a guest lecturer at Oxford Brookes University I would have ran a mile haha)
