To aim for better not perfect?
It’s easy to think “I have so much to change”
“I still have such a long way to go”
And although the seems negative,
What if that was a positive thing?
It actually means that you have a number of things you could change..
And you will never know what the most important thing is..
Until you take action
So my advice today?
You can’t always think your way out of a situation..
Sometimes you have to act differently.
Otherwise we slip back into that ‘all or nothing’
Start again next week cycle…
What if this week could be different?
What if this week, if we have a stressful moment..
And we grab a biscuit..
We decide to just move on..
We take action instead of dwelling..
We get that workout in..
We go for that walk
We stop at 3 biscuits instead of ‘starting again tomorrow’
What would be different?
