I could go on.
You might have seen some stuff like this too.
Thinking we have to measure every bling glucose response to foods (forgetting we eat MEALS not foods, and our glucose response depends on all things from sleep to exercise to stress to quantity eaten to what you ate yesterday or earlier in the day, not to mention that glucose spikes are actually normal)
So I thought I’d hell out some of this into context in this video here
