Receiving this message in our Kickstart group about how you do not need to be “perfect” to get amazing results
After all, just as the research shows, it’s what you do on average that counts..
So make it so you can do something even on your busiest, most stressful day.
And remember, the bulk of your progress will not come from getting that 6th workout in this week…
But from doing that first ONE!
And making a start today!
