For Ladies Over 40 (who pretty much know what to do already) 

  • We start off with a one to one session with me where we'll put together a step-by-step plan (this can be done via video call, phone, or in person) so you know what you need to know (and have me making sure you do it)
  • Access to up to 3 (ladies only) 30 minute ladies only workouts on Monday, Wednesday and Friday 615am, 7am, or 7pm in Devizes
  • DAILY Live Stretch / Yoga and 15 minute workouts you can follow along from home to get fit in less time (you can do anywhere, anytime with no equipment even if you have a knee, hip or joint issue)
  • Accountability using our Big Brother 3F System to help you do what you said you would do and stick to it for good
  • A personalised nutrition plan and shopping list personalised for your lifestyle so you know what you’re eating and when (without having to give up your favourite foods and drink)
  • Live and recorded meditations with a Meditation Teacher to help you relax
  • Private members area so you get access to unlimited questions and coaching with me and my team 
  • Done for you meal plans and shopping lists for when life gets super busy
