The great thing about Pre, peri, during and post menopause
Is people sharing their stories..
Which – as I have seen with my work in the NHS working with people diagnosed with Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes, and working with thousands of women at Fruci Fit –
brings like-minded people together and CAN be VERY beneficial for not just handling process psychologically but also tactically, as we hear what other people have done to help them.
That is priceless.
But one thing that COULD be problematic here is that one thing might not work for you…
Some things may not be safe for you…
There are many factors.
Fortunately, I will personally never have to go through pre, peri, during or post menopause.
But one thing I can do..
Is help share what the SCIENCE and RESEARCH says about this.
Which is exactly what I will be doing on Wednesday 15th March at 8pm.
